Dublin Property Services has been awarded a contract to clean Scoil Asseim in Raheny in North County Dublin. We have many years experience in cleaning educational premises and now this increase our presence in the North Dublin area.3rd February 2009

We only use recognised quality reliable machinery and cleaning products selected specifically for your development however we will provide any specific household product brand that you may prefer.
Health And Safety
The safety of our employees and customers has always been of prime importance to Dublin Property Services. Prior to commencement of a contract a complete risk assessment would be carried out to ensure a safe method of working for all our operatives. Part of the operatives induction training would cover all aspects of health and Safety procedures along with any specific requirements relating to your premises. A copy of all Health & Safety documentation would be made available as controlled document copies to our clients for their own records.
Training
Before commencing cleaning duties all our operatives are subject to Dublin Property Services intriduction programme which includes an assessment of current skills. All staff would then be trained appropriately in relation to the duties required and re-accessed periodically to ensure we have the necessary skills deployed on site at all times.
Supervision
Our area supervisor will stay in contact with a nominated representative and will attend regular review meetings. At varying times during the cleaning operation the supervisor will attend the site to ensure all staff are performing their duties and maintaining high standards of work and conforming to all Health & Safety procedures, particularly the deployment of wet floor and cleaning in progress signs.

All our staff are uniformed distinctively to allow to allow easy identification in your development at all times.

Dublin Property Services operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We provide a Free emergency cleanup services for all our contracts. In event of break ins, leaks or general spills we will arrange cleanup within a few hours. This service is Free.
